Family Friendly

A friendly and accessible spot to stay while in town visiting family. Everything you could possibly need is at hand and we had a great time playing board games and eating family meals together. The corner soaker tub was a big hit. It.could use a deep clean.

Albertians

Unfortunately are stay was not good. We rented a bigger place so we could have our family all there. We came from Alberta to see our kids and meet our new grandbaby. We rented the place from Feb 16 - 22 . We arrived on the 18 at night because of flight delays and the place was freezing on the main floor . The upper floor was warmer. The next day the kids and grandbaby were coming over which did happen but they all ended up leaving due to the temperature which did not warm up. We did contact our host because there were other problems such as kitchen sink not having running water, bathroom shower downstairs not draining and upstairs bathroom light burnt out. Our host was contacted which she promptly answer having someone come the next day which she fixed everything but shower downstairs and still no heat. She came again the following day to still fix things and still no heat and we didn’t even bother to check the drain in shower downstairs cuz the kids weren’t returning back there if there was no heat. We needed to meet in other locations and the holiday was ruined! Very disappointed and would not recommend. Te place also needed to be throughly cleaned as the bathroo still had hair in the showers and tub!
