This home has a maximum occupancy of 10 guests and can sleep 9 in beds.
The pool may be heated for $100/day + taxes with a 3-day minimum. This must be paid in advance to ensure the pool heat is turned on for your arrival. Pool takes 24hrs to heat. Please notify our team if you wish to utilize pool heat.

No smoking is allowed inside or outside any of our properties - NO EXCEPTIONS!
Street parking and driveway parking ONLY. The Pizza Oven is NOT for guest use.

This home is located in a quiet neighborhood and is only suitable for quieter groups. Our rental agreement includes a no tolerance policy regarding excessive noise, occupancy and/or parties. Deposit forfeitures and/or evictions are strictly enforced. Please make sure you are comfortable with these policies before renting.

All occupants must be 25 or older unless children are accompanied by parents.

Photo ID and Credit Card photo verification required to complete booking. We do not accept American Express and Discover.

San Diego Vacation Rentals Cancellation Policy, Age Policy and Pet Fee Policy supersedes the policies of VRBO and Airbnb.

Our cancellation policy will allow you to cancel your reservation up to 60 days prior to your arrival. There is a $300 cancellation fee. If you cancel your reservation within 60 days of your arrival, there are NO REFUNDS. If you feel that this may cause an issue with your travel itinerary and availability, please consider Travel Insurance.
