The first floor is ideal for a family, with a king bedroom and private ensuite bath for mom and dad. Then, the kids will find the bunk room to be a great place to congregate with two sets of full-size bunks. A nanny would find the queen bedroom to be cozy and convenient with a shared bath.

For meals, the second floor is ideal for gathering after a day at the beach, golfing, or sightseeing. The expansive, fully-equipped kitchen has plenty of counter space for several people to engage in meal prep. Others will enjoy the availability of the wrap-around bar to engage in lively conversation, but no one will be left out of the banter with the formal dining area nearby.
