About this property
The Old Vine House *30+ Day Rental*
The Old Vine House is a charming 2 bedroom, 2 full bath bungalow located across the street from Sebastiani Vineyards and the bike path. In 2021, The Old Vine House was brought down to the studs and rebuilt using beautiful, high end, natural finishes that blend the "old world" Sonoma with the modern luxury of the "new" Sonoma. The front porch looks out on the famed Sebastiani Vineyards and is the perfect place to have a morning cup of coffee or an evening glass of wine. Inside the front door, the dining room has a round table that comfortably seats 8 with a selanite orb chandelier which adds to the ambiance of any gathering. The kitchen has a stone backsplash that replicates the stone used from Sebastiani Winery. The stone is contrasted with a waterfall island, stainless steel applianaces and herringbone wood floors. The family room is the perfect place to relax, sit, enjoy conversations, and watch TV. The primary bedroom has a king bed with an en suite full bathroom; it is carpeted, warm and cozy. The second bedroom has two full beds and an en suite full bath; it is also carpeted, warm and cozy. Steel and glass double doors welcome all guests to the backyard oasis complete with a dining table for 8, a comfy sitting area, and room for kids to play. Thoughtfully chosen California plants: lavender, jasmine, pinot noir grapes, olives, and apples help you escape the hustle of your life.
The Old Vine House, named because it holds one of the oldest living grape vines known to be in California, is the perfect place to relax, unwind and enjoy the wines which have made the valley so famous. Whether you are relaxing indoors or out; each window and seating area has been intentionally created to capture the stunning views that define Sonoma Valley blending the "old world" beauty and nature with the "new world" luxury and convenience.
