Townhome in a quiet neighborhood street. Backing up to woods with a deck and walk-out basement. Close to Downtown Chicago and O'hare International Airport, and also cornfields, forest preserves, bike trails, boating on the Fox River. Minutes from shopping, commuter train, and interstate. Upgraded master bath, wood floors throughout, newer kitchen appliances, furnace and water heater. New washer/dryer. Finished basement with library of over 600 books. Beautiful woods in our backyard, with plenty of birds, deer, raccoons, and squirrels. Algonquin is a small town with a quaint, newly renovated downtown along the picturesque Fox River. Four commuter rail stations within 20 minutes with convenient trains to downtown Chicago.
