This property was amazing, we first arrived and the house was so clean. We had a group of gals stay for the weekend it was such a lovely time and easy process to check in and out. Would definitely book this again!
Our family enjoyed the cabin during a graduation and enjoyed the location. We had to be mindful of the children with a second floor. Beyond that, we enjoyed the house and all the amenities. Would recommend
This has been one of our favorite homes to stay at. The amenities made us feel right at home our whole stay. Laurel was extremely responsive prior to booking with our questions and with anything we needed throughout the stay. The check-in process is easy with the keyless entry. We traveled with 3 adults and 4 kids and there was ample space for everyone. The kids room upstairs is a perfect space for them from sleeping to hanging out and watching TV or playing games. Our kids loved the slide bunk beds. The beds were cozy and comfortable. The land was nice and the kids loved playing on the swings and riding their bikes on the track. Having a riding trail so close to the property to ride on the motorized toys made for easy trips out throughout the day. The hot tub was such a nice way to end the night to relax and look at the stars. Between the kitchen and the gas grill outside you have everything you need for cooking all your meals. The dining room table had plenty of space to eat our meals. We enjoyed many family card games on the table on the deck. We can’t wait to come back for another stay.
We had our sons 4th birthday here. Great place to escape the Phoenix heat! Close to town and also close to the cinders if you're in to offroading. Loved that we were able to have friends stay in their RV on the property. The laundry room was perfect place for the dog to stay. They had multiple box fans for us to use. Really my only complaints are cleanliness could be stepped up a bit(nothing crazy but clumps of dog hair and cobwebs were seen), probably 1/3rd of the windows didn't have screens so couldn't open them all without getting flies in the house, and the entire property was overgrown with weeds. We brought up a full array of pit bikes, stacyc electric bikes, and quads for the tracks for the adults and kids and I couldn't even tell where the track was. I had to continously drive over the track with my SxS so that was usable. Seems like the tractor on the property would make quick work of that. All in all tho we had a great time. Even decided to stay an extra night after everyone had left. The host was always quick to respond and even allowed us to check in early. Will definitely stay here again!
Our family enjoyed this cute log Cabin.
Large fenced in yard for the dogs.
The hot tub on porch was a nice size for 4 adults.
Each of the 2 bathrooms had shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. The only thing I would add is some hooks on the back of bathroom and bedroom doors to hang your towels, there's not a lot of options for that kind of stuff.
Overall, a great stay. We went to the Grand Canyon Deer Park. The kids loved that! But with all the snow melting, it was a muddy mess everywhere. Bring shoes you don't mind getting dirty.
There's a hiking trail in the neighborhood that isn't too far past the General Store when you're heading to the cabin. It was windy, so we didn't do the hike, but our friends did on the way home. They said it was a great hike. They had 2 little children, so it isn't too hard.
The property manager was very easy to communicate with. We were allowed to check in early and a late check out if we wanted.
Enjoy your stay!
Stayed for 5 days to take the kids snowboarding. Beds were comfortable, kitchen was equipped enough. Dog friendly and totally fenced. Plenty of room for parking multiple vehicles. Upstairs was a bit too warm at times, and downstairs would get pretty cold. The owner controls the thermostat remotely but adjusted it quickly for us. Cabin has a beautiful wood stove that would heat the space more evenly but you need to contact owner for permission to use it. Cleaning crew could do a better job prepping for the next guest. Overall had a great stay with the family.
We had a wonderful stay! Great option for larger group (we had 9) and great for pets! Not many places you can find that your dogs can run free and not be concerned about running off. It would be cool to have bikes we could use since there was an awesome track created! Overall GREAT home!

Dirty and disappointing for the price
This home is not for the clean freaks! The home was very dirty (and in need of some TLC) and there was a good amount of dog poop outside. The owner was very kind and refunded some of the cleaning fee to make it right, but we would have rather had the place be clean inside and out. Kitchen was not well stocked; we had to go buy our own coffee since there were only 6 coffee pods for our entire stay and no regular coffee pot to use the ground coffee we brought. Some of the dishes in the cabinets were also dirty and there was only a used sponge for washing. We also bought some paper plates and plastic cutlery for this reason. Small dogs could likely get out of the fence surrounding the property and there are many neighbor dogs, so small dogs still need to be on a leash.
Gate lock is almost not functional when it’s cold and needs to be replaced.
On a positive note, the beds and bedding were comfortable and clean.
