About this property

Historic Litchfield County Home

New to VRBO but a 5 STAR SUPERHOST!
Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish 1910 historic home (10-12 guests). You’ll have the whole house to yourself…Enjoy the fireplace in the living room or main bedroom on a cold night and the big beautiful porch on a warm day. The outdoor fire pit is also a nice treat. Very quiet, family oriented neighborhood, walking distance to the Taft School Campus and restaurants/shopping. A queen bed can be set up in the Family Room to accommodate 2 more guests (by request only and for an additional fee). This old beautiful home is slowly being restored with work being done inside and out. If you love old house character and charm, this one is for you!

Great National Register homr

This is a great older home, on the National Register of Historic Homes. The owner is very responsive to our needs and keeps the place well maintained. The only reservation would be the stairs. They can be an issue for the disabled.
