Besides a beautiful house you will enjoy having the nature of the Vienna Woods at your door step to hike, climb and mountain bike while having access to many cultural monuments around including charming Vienna City very close!

The location is unique, central to many cultural places, shops and city life while at the same time nestled just next to a nature park „Naturpark Föhrenberge“. In Summer you will enjoy our beautiful garden and a refreshing pool used only by yourself and our family.
