Large home perfect for hosting a big group or family! This home is comfortable, beautifully remodeled and has everything you need for a perfect vacation. Huge Compound w/ 7 Bedrooms / 5 baths of a main house, and a casita. Plenty of patio space and a big courtyard for parties and gathering complete with Hot Tub! The hot tub is available year round and seasonally heated. The main house has a big kitchen and living room. The casita has a kitchen, 2 bedrooms, a bathroom and a living area. ALL TV and movie channels at the main TV!
The Space:
MEGA-PATIO! Room to party, complete with outdoor kitchen, outdoor bar and seating area. All done with privacy and shade! A gate will open as well so that you can park your ATVs and motorcycles inside the gated courtyard for security.
Guest Access:
Guest will be given a door key code to access the home at check in time

The house is centrally located in Puerto Penasco. Very convenient because it is near stores, pharmacies, restaurants. The home is located 10 minutes from the public beach.
