About this property

Huge flat waterfront yard perfect for corn hole, volleyball, fishing, etc. Perfect area for fisherman needing a place to park their boat for the evening after a long day of fishing. Wind down around a large fire pit on those cool evenings down by the water. Go for an early morning ride in one of the two kayaks provided. Master and guest bedroom 1 both have picture windows with a beautiful lake view and blackout curtains to help you get some extra sleep. Our third bedroom can sleep up to four people with 2 twin beds and 2 additional mattresses perfect for kids. Two boat ramps within a mile of the house and also a marina. This quiet little piece of paradise is not far from several destinations. If you like off-roading, mountain biking and hiking, Windrock Park is less than an hour away. If you’re into history you can go on a tour of Brushy Mountain State Penitentiary. Located approximately between Chattanooga and Knoxville.

I am from Tennessee and it will always have my heart. I love being on the lake doing water-sports or fishing with my family. Drinking coffee on the porch staring across the water is soothing to my soul.

Why they chose this property

It’s quiet! No traffic as this house sits on multiple acres and is at the end of the road. No loud traffic coming and going all day. Lots of green grass and space.

What makes this property unique

This property is one of the few on the lake with a huge flat front yard. Watch the Eagles in the early Spring and the Kingfishers and Osprey all year.
