During your stay, you won't have to look too far to find fun in the sun. Right outside the back door, you'll have access to a private pool. Pair your afternoon swims with barbecued meals and gooey s'mores, prepared over the firepit.

Inside, the essence of home is abundant. Get comfortable on the oversized sofa in the living room, and whip up your favorite dishes amongst the full kitchen's stainless steel appliances, center island, and granite countertops. When you'd like to catch up on your favorite TV show, head for the family room.

With four bedrooms to choose from, rest assured that your loved ones will have no issues getting comfortable. Off the primary bedroom, you'll be pleased to find a soaking tub, walk-in shower, and dual sinks. Creature comforts like ceiling fans, central air-conditioning, internet access, and a separate laundry room will ensure your day-to-day needs are met.

When you're able to pull yourself away from your retreat, be sure to check out nearby Frontier Town, Cave Creek Regional Park, the Carefree Desert Gardens, Grayhawk Golf Club, and the Arizona Fine Art Expo.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
