Location, Location, Location. Welcome to My Happy Place, the perfect location for PSU and Centre County Short Term Rentals! Walk everywhere, 1 mile to Rec Hall and just over 2 miles to Beaver Stadium. The house sits 2 houses away from West College Ave and around the corner from HiWay Pizza, The Waffle Shop and the entrance to the Blue and White Golf Courses. This house lets you be close to the action without being in the noise of downtown.

This completely remodeled single family home has 4 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms and sleeps 10! There is a large open concept Kitchen/Dining Room/Living Area. A deck with grill can be accessed from the dining area. The Primary Bedroom has a King Size bed and private bathroom. 4 other queen size beds complete the bedrooms.
