The house has Altec surround sound, wet bar with wine cooler, and a six-burner Thermador oven. Most of the windows offer beautiful water views. The main house also has central AC, except for mini-splits in the two downstairs bedrooms. There is a den with a large flat-screen TV. This property is located across the street from Waban Park. Off-street parking for two cars.
