Winter at Granby Ranch is downhill and cross country skiing, snowboarding, snowshoeing and ice fishing. Summertime at Granby Ranch is mountain bikes, downhill runs, hiking, golf, fishing, swimming, and relaxation!
This beautiful corner condo is fully appointed and ready for 6 guests.The master bedroom and bathroom suite will give you both privacy and relaxation. The second bedroom offers many different sleeping options including a full and 2 twin beds. Next to this bedroom is the second bath. The kitchen is ready for anything and the cozy dining room and living room are great places to kick back. Step out on the deck and enjoy the day by taking in amazing views of the chair lifts and ski slopes. Aspens surround the private balcony and provide a cozy sunny retreat.
Across the parking lot you have access to both a hot tub and a patio with a picnic table and outdoor grill. You can also use the Granby Ranch pool and hot tub located at the base of the ski slopes for a $10.00 per person fee.
Located in the heart of Grand County, Ski Granby Ranch offers year round activities from Snowboarding and Skiing in the winter to Golf, Downhill Mountain Biking, and Biking/Hiking Trails in the summer. The Granby area is just 2 hours from Denver and offers some of the most magnificent scenery Colorado has to offer. Rocky Mountain National Park and Grand Lake are to the North, Hot Sulphur Springs is to the East, Winter Park and Mary Jane are to the South, and Majestic views of the Front Range, the Continental Divide, and lakes, rivers, scenery, and wildlife are everywhere. Don't be surprised to see deer, elk, moose, fox, coyote, eagles, osprey, hawks, falcons and so much more. You might even catch a glimpse of a black bear! This truly is the Colorado you dream about!

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds
Remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
We ask the quests to put away all dishes and put them in the dishwasher and start it when you leave. All trash must be taken out from the unit.
In the event the dishes aren’t taken care of or the trash is not thrown away, there will be $15 fee applied to the cleaning fee.
If not previously notified of a late checkout, there will be a $25 fee charged to the quest.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

We picked this area, and this particular condo for the beautiful Mountain View’s from the balcony. The corner unit allows plenty of sunlight and spectacular views. We love that we can hike or snow shoe right in our own back yard.
