Warren Beach Rentals is proud to offer Tangerine Dream, This beautiful cottage overlooks the Park and the Forest in Carillon with Peaks of the Water.
Located within the Private gates of Carillon Beach, the best location in NW FL.
Carillon is a private oasis with close to a mile of private beach (the largest private beach in NW FL). The resort is gated and guarded and there are 4 pools available for guests as well as a massive beach with gulf front pool.
Shops and restaurants line downtown Carillon, so you can stay and never worry about leaving the beach.
Tangerine Dream is an entirely custom 4 Bedroom home that will suit even the most discerning guest. The Spacious floor plan spread out over three floors and affords everyone the space to relax read a book, play a game or simply take a nap.
Pool, playground, full-court basketball, and tennis courts are just down the street. The beach, restaurants, bike rentals and ice cream shop are but a short stroll (or leisurely golf card ride) away.

THE LAYOUT: (approximately 3204 sq. ft. including porches)
*1st FLOOR: kitchen, living and dining area, desk area, powder room, queen bedroom en suite
*2nd FLOOR: master en suite and private deck, queen en suite and private deck, laundry room
*3rd FLOOR: closed second living space with play and desk areas, 3 twin beds with trundles, full bath, oversized deck

Perfect stay!
We had a great stay at Tangerine Dream! The beds are comfortable, rooms are spacious, and the kitchen is fully equipped with everything you could need. We also loved using the beach chair service. We will definitely plan to stay here again next fall break!

Tangerine Dream
We stay a week at Carillon Beach every year. This is my favorite house out of all the different ones we have stayed at. The kitchen was well supplied. Plenty of room for ten people. I like the cottage area. It is nicely shaded. I highly recommend renting this house.

Great for families
Tangerine dream was perfect for our two families traveling together with 5 kids. Our teenagers had their own space on the top floor which they loved. We all enjoyed having multiple decks and outdoor spaces. The proximity to the beach, pickleball and tennis courts was great. We enjoyed the sense of safety in the neighborhood along with the private beach area, having chairs provided at the beach was nice as well. The house had everything we needed, it’s a beautiful space, definitely recommend! Communication with Warren beach rentals was easy and prompt when we had questions.

It really is a dream
This was our first visit to Carillon Beach and Tangerine Dream. The house was perfect. Super clean and extremely cozy. All the amenities from plenty of bath and beach towels to blankets for a cool evening. The decks and furniture were all well appointed and the kitchen had everything for meals in. The location was perfect for the kids. The park and sport courts just steps away. And the beach was a direct shot down a few beautiful blocks to Walkover 1. The unit also had beach loungers and chairs available for use everyday! The trip was really perfection. Close enough to check out the other 30a areas and beaches and restaurants if you want to. But the community coffee shop, pizza joint and beach cafe had plenty of yummy choices if you wanted to stay close by. We will definitely come back to Tangerine Dream! We loved it!

Beautiful House!
My family and I stayed in this beautifully decorated house last week. The weather was gorgeous. We love Carillon with all the amenities and sidewalks and close to everything we want. The house had everything we needed, towels, beach towels, kitchenware, hand soap, dish soap, etc. and the hosts answered my questions in a timely manner.

The gated community of Carillon Beach, often referred to by locals as Mayberry on the Beach, is family friendly and safe haven for children to play, swim and ride bikes. Roving manned security is present and visible during peak times. Carillon offers three swimming pools, tennis courts, playground, full court basketball, restaurants, shopping, bike rentals, gym and salon/spa. Two grocery stores, a bank with ATM and pharmacy are just outside Carillon’s gates. Restaurants and the famous Donut Hole are just a little over a mile west on route 98. Rosemary Beach and the 30A corridor are about 3 miles west. Pier Park is approximately 7 miles east and Northwest Florida Beach Airport is less than a 20 minute drive away.
