This west Sedona home is centrally located to all the grocery shops, restaurants, west trail system, and 8 min. to uptown. This home is privately tucked under a main house and has views of red rocks from the hot tub and patio. There is ample space to relax outside at the fire pit or covered patio and bbq. This home is an artisan home of Sedona! Come and relax and have ample garden space or cozy on the couch to watch a movie after hiking/biking all day! If you're interested in renting the whole property you can let us know and the upstairs house sleeps 6. The property is off a dirt road that sits high above the surrounding properties. The neighbors are friendly locals that are quiet

This home is located in a secluded neighborhood that we find is one of its best qualities. You're up on a hill right in middle of west Sedona! Our neighbors are kind and keep to them selves.
What makes this property unique
This home is built under the half of the main house and was fully build with the southwest in mind. It stays cool in the summer and warm in the winter because of how the home is built. You can also reach out if you would like to rent the whole property.
