This A-Frame home has been completely remodeled in 2020. The style would be best described as Modern Industrial Farmhouse. There are several special touches around the house that make the house unique like the one of a kind wooden art wall as you enter the upstairs. There is a Primary Bedroom upstairs with a Queen bed and sofa. Downstairs is a queen sleeper sofa. We also have a self inflating queen size air mattress if needed. Linens, towels, pillows are supplied. The kitchen is stocked with cookware, utensils, dishes, blender, toaster, coffee pot, microwave, wine opener, etc. There is one bathroom with a walk in rain shower. Soap, Shampoo, and Toilet Paper are stocked. The house has fast wifi, netflix, hulu. The TV is a smart TV, so yo can also sign into your own TV apps if you would likes. There is heat and AC controlled by remotes both upstairs and downstairs. Backyard includes a charrcoal bbq pit, and seating around a fire pit, under string lights. There are two boat ramps in the neighborhood, #22 is less than 1 mile away. The house has plenty of parking for you and your boat. You will likely see deer wander into the yard during your stay. And as long as the skies are clear, you will see that stars bigger and brighter than ever as the area as there is zero light pollution around the lake. If you enjoy walking, jogging, or sightseeing we highly suggest visiting overlook park early in the morning or in the evening to walk the 1 mile dam. You will experience amazing views of the rolling hills on one side and picturesque lake views on the other. You will have access to the entire property. The house sits on .25 acres with privacy fence on the left and right. The house is set up with Keyless entry. We will send you personalized 4 digit code for you to use while on your stay.
