Conveniently Located Cottage in Midtown
One bedroom, one bathroom cottage centrally located in Ventura. This is a cozy, clean, and simple cottage. Perfect for traveling health care workers, couples or singletons wanting to be close to everything! Please note that this unit is located in Midtown, in a commercial neighborhood. Everything is close but there is noise from the businesses and cars nearby. The cottage has street parking only and is on property shared with the host.
There is one queen bed, a walk-in shower, and a washer and dryer. This cottage is completely furnished turn-key. The kitchen has a gas range, microwave, Keurig and pour over coffee maker, blender, full size refrigerator, and other kitchen items to make your short-term stay comfortable. The living room has a smart TV for you enjoy Netflix or other subscription channels. There are plenty of towels and an extra set of clean sheets for you to use during your stay. All utilities, including Wi-Fi are included.
