Fantástico !

Excelente duplex, muito espaçoso e bem cuidado. Condomínio excelente, com muitas comodidades (piscina coberta, restaurante à la carte; cadeiras de praia e guarda-sol montados por funcionários). Praia do Costinho: perfeita. O proprietário, Ricardo, foi muito atencioso mesmo, nos deixando muito à vontade. Recomendo !

Todo...EXCELENTE

Excelente la playa. Excelente el condominio. Excelente el departamento. Y excelente Ricardo, el dueño de la propiedad. Muchísimo mejor que lo que muestran las fotos. Un condominio de alto nivel y un departamento de gran categoría que nos proporcionaron días inolvidables. Para recomendar, y volver, por supuesto!

REALMENTE ESPECTACULAR E INOLVIDABLE PARA PASAR UNAS BELLAS VACACIONES!!!!!!!!

Les comento que estuvimos alojados con mi familia en el dpto del Sr Ricardo en enero y realmente quedamos sin palabras desde la cordialidad del Sr Ricardo hasta el confort del lugar. El dpto se encuentra en la vila 1 , con todas las comodidades, una decoracion bellisima, tal cual muestran las fotos , totalmente nuevo, precioso, y en una de las mejores ubicaciones del complejo, cerca de las piletas, gimnasio y ni que hablar del mar. El complejo es bellisimo , seguridad las 24 hs, tranquilo. Realmente es un lugar para pasar unas vacaciones inolvidables!!!!. La proxima vez que vayamos a Brasil volvere al mismo lugar porque quedamos encantados. Agradezco la predisposicion del Sr Ricardo, fue muy atento con nosotros en todo momento, desde que salimos de Argentina hasta que llegamos.

Excelente apartamento!!!

Imóvel bem equipado, Ricardo bem atencioso, com direito a Champanhe no refrigerador, atenção total nos detalhes, funcionários e seguranças do condomínio atenciosos e educados. Vale a pena!!! Excelente custo beneficio!

Tudo perfeito!

Nossa boa impressão começou pelo atendimento gentil e atencioso do Sr. Maurício. Na hospedagem, a impressão inicial foi ratificada: apartamento e estrutura do condomínio excelentes , boa limpeza e bom estado de conservação de mobília e utensílios, roupas de cama e banho satisfatórios. Tudo coerente com o que estava publicado na página do site. Vale o valor diferenciado da locação.

Excelente lugar para pasar unas lindas vacaciones!

Recomiendo al 100% este departamento! Supera todas las expectativas. El duplex está impecable y es muy cómodo. Las instalaciones son buenísimas y el servicio de playa súper confortable! La atención y la confianza que brinda el dueño es para destacar.

Excelente opção

Estamos felices porque pasamos unas vacaciones maravillosas y el departamento atendió plenamente nuestras necesidades. Es tal cual muestra las fotos. Se encuentra en un condominio seguro y con la infraestructura completa, también hay un restaurant con muy buena comida y buen precio lo que facilitó un poco más Nuestra estadía. Recomiendo excelente opción!

Maravilhoso

Aluguei o imóvel devido a proximidade com o Resort Costão do Santinho, aonde iria realizar um congresso. Eu e meu grupo fomos recebidas pelo proprietário conforme combinado. O proprietário é extremamente educado e gentil e nos recebeu muito bem. O imóvel é impecável, alto padrão, com eletrodomésticos e móveis de primeira linha. Fiquei bastante surpreendida, pois é ainda mais bonito do que nas fotos. Infelizmente não pude usufruir da estrutura do condomínio, o que me fez ficar com mais vontade de retornar numa próxima visita para férias.

Sin lugar a dudas el apartamento es muy recomendable. El complejo es muy seguro y de alta calidad , con prestaciones de primer nivel. Las comodidades del apartamento y su decoración lo hacen a uno sentirse como en su casa.Tuvimos la mala suerte de que nos lloviera 4 días seguidos, pero tanto la piscina climatizada como lo acogedor del apartamento hizo que igualmente disfrutáramos la estadía. Los propietarios fueron muy amables en todo momento. Pueden reservar tranquilos, es una excelente opción.

excelente apartamento

Otimo apartamento, alto padrão. Quartos super confortaveis e com uma vista linda da praia. Os proprietarios muito atenciosos. o condominio tem uma estrutura espetacular, com piscinas, sauna, otima academia e um restaurante na piscina principal que faz uma comindinha bem boa. Super recomendo este apartamento!

Esperava mais do que encontrei

Nas fotos e na descrição consta três televisores , só que somente uma funciona , questionei com o proprietario o mesmo me disse que só tem um aparelho da net , penso para que três tvs sem funcionar , fui com crianças e so podiamos ver todos o mesmo programa , outra coisa nem um Wifi que hoje em dia e o básico o proprietario oferece , e olha que a diaria e alta, a roupa de cama e banho oferecida e bem basica , no mais da para curtir

Bem melhor do que parece !

É bem maior e mais confortável do que as fotos mostram. Móveis, eletrodomésticos, utensílios, roupas de cama e banho, banheiro (principalmente).... Tudo novinho e funcionando perfeitamente. Proprietário muito atencisoso. Recomendo fortemente. Não deixe de fazer um final de tarde/jantar no Refúgio dos Brunadores, é inesquecível.
