I’m originally from Cleveland, Ohio and have been in Breckenridge for 10 years. I work for LIV Sotheby's on Main Street as a Real Estate Broker. I absolutely love this town and spend most of my time outside regardless of the season. I enjoy rock climbing, skiing and playing golf.
Why they chose this property
It's a local gem and at the end of the road. The only reason you're driving on this road is if you live here. Also, most importantly, THE VIEWS!
What makes this property unique
When I walked in for the first time, the views of the 10 Mile Range were breathtaking. The complex was built with custom, seamless corner windows so you really get fully, panoramic views from the living/dining area. The bedroom and deck area face National Forest providing privacy where you need it most.
