Centrally located in north Lake Tahoe, this pet friendly Carnelian Bay vacation rental home features new furniture appointment, vaulted ceilings, large redwood deck, and is only a 1/3 of a mile from a dog friendly beach (Watermans Landing), Old Post Office coffee shop, Gar Woods restaurant, and good hiking and biking trails. In the winter, the house has a new hot tub (installed in 2018) for apres ski and is centrally located to the north Tahoe ski areas of Northstar, Alpine Meadows and Squaw Valley.

All Agate Bay Realty vacation rental properties are fully equipped with free high speed wireless internet, linens, bath towels (equal to the maximum occupancy of the house), pots/pans, dishes, microwave, coffee pot, blender, toaster, TV/TV's with streaming services, washer & dryer and barbecue (many are only usable in the summer).
