This place was great! Check out the binder with all the local sights, sounds, and eats. The location was a great central point for exploring the Keweenaw Peninsula.
This one bedroom was perfect for my husband and myself while traveling through on our way to visit family. It was super clean, had anything you could want or need. They have done an amazing job making this feel like a home away from home!!
Very clean and charming apartment. A comfortable bed and well-equipped kitchen. Carl is an excellent host and there when you need him. We had a great stay!
What a treat to find this property in the UP that was centrally located for all our varied activities. It was such a comfortable space where we could totally relax.
This was a very nice place with all of the amenities that I needed for my stay. It was very clean and well decorated. It had a well-equipped kitchen, internet and Roku. If you are visiting the Keweenaw in the summer for rock collecting, hiking, biking or anything else, this is a great place to stay.
We spent a couple of nights visiting the peninsula! Apartment was centrally located to all the places we wanted to visit. Very clean and comfortable. Carl was quick to respond to any questions we had. Would definitely stay there again!!
We travel to Houghton area a lot. So far this has to be the best place. Super cute. Well well thought out with shampoo, coffee, snacks etc. There was a ton of snow and it was well taken care of. Parking was perfect with our truck with plenty of space. The hosts were super friendly and helpful. Quaint little area. Would highly recommend! Thank you for a safe comfortable stay!
Carl and Beth put genuine care and effort into creating a positive and memorable encounter for their guests. The apartment is pristine, the bed is comfortable and the kitchen is well-equipped. When you stay here you’re only a short drive from all the Keweenaw has to offer. Quiet neighborhood. Easy check-in.

Very well done rehab. Property a bit too remote for us. We had to leave for a family emergency. but we enjoyed our stay
Property was nucely kept and there was a definite quality put into maintenance and upgrades. Property owner was very friendly and helpful.

A newly refurbished one-bedroom apartment, sparkling clean and thoughtfully appointed, made an excellent base for exploring the Keweenaw. The kitchen had all the basics and a grill in a sheltered backyard space. It is located on a quiet street in a tiny town just a short drive to Calumet and many attractions and services. Lots of extra touches like coffee and tea, select toiletries, and wifi.
This property is an amazing place to stay. It was centrally located to everything that we wanted to do. The house was very comfortable and had all the amenities that a person could want. The host was more that helpful he was amazing. He even helped us plan our day trips on fun activities for our needs. I would recommend this place and I can tell you it was the best VRBO I have ever stay at. I will be coming back.

Everything about our stay was perfect. Instructions and communications prior to arrival were complete and clear. Apartment was spotless. Our thoughtful hosts provided everything we could possibly need. Quiet neighborhood. Very easy check in.
As soon as I saw this property I loved it. It is a beautiful, blue house nestled in Ahmeek, Mi. The communication was 100% outstanding. The owners are doing their part in regentrifying their community one house at a time. If you plan to visit Copper Harbor or any other small community in the Upper Peninsula I HIGHLY recommend staying here. There truly aren't enough words to tell you how much I loved staying here.
My sister & I were so pleased with this cozy little place! It was so cute! Great care was taken on all kinds of little things: shampoo, body wash, etc. in the shower, a little basket of snacks in the kitchen, kleenex on the nightstand. They decorated with a few antiques and everything felt like it was done with thoughtfulness. The host was an excellent communicator and very, very nice. They had a book put together telling about great local attractions, restaurants, services, etc. It is a quiet neighborhood and we won't hesitate to rent this again when in the area!
