This 5 br/2 ba new home is 1 block from the Appalachian Trail and Pen Mar Park, 8 mi from Ski Liberty, and 16 mi from Gettysburg. All bedrooms connect to large kitchen/living room open space. All 5 bedrooms have an exit directly to large rear deck. Lovely, quiet, tree-filled lot.

Hoody is a former middle school teacher, foster dad, grandpa, old-stuff collector and occasional traveling wanderer.
Why they chose this property
The home is in quiet, mature, Historic Pen Mar Park Village. In the late 1800's and early 1900's, the Pen Mar Express brought thousands of tourists on the scenic journey out to Pen Mar Park to ride rides, listen to music, and dance in the pavilion. The decline of train travel hastened its demise -- WWII finished it off.
