Gated community with concierge 24 hours, Pool, 4 bedroom house all with TV, closet and ceiling fan, American style living room with TV, barbecue, pizza oven, stove and industrial oven, brewery, stove and wood oven and field of soccer - Drinking water from own artesian well.
Easy access by Raposo or Castle, all paved, the car does not pass ashore.
House delivered clean and sanitized, with all utensils and appliances, just take bedding, personal use, eat and drink.
Come and make delights, in the oven or wood stove or pizza oven, how about that pizza, that warm bread, roasted ham, anyway, where to do here there is how!
Excessive noises and no sound of car are allowed, strictly family condominium.
