Beautiful brand new (finished in August 2023!) 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom villa at TradeWinds Homosassa Marina Resort.
The villa has its own place to park (under the house), a boat slip for rent and the community has a great swimming pool. The house is very complete decorated and equipped with many kitchen accessories so you can cook meals with family and friends. It has a very spacious porch with a gas BBQ grill and seating area.
Great for BBQ after a great day of fishing!

TradeWinds Homosassa Marina Resort is a very special place especially for boat lovers and fishermen. All the luxury villa's do have a boat slip for rent. Our property is on the Homosassa River with direct acces to the Golf of Mexico (app. 20 minutes).
