Beachside Serenity Inviting 2BR Resort Amenities

This 2-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom split level condo is situated within the private gated community of Litchfield By the Sea. Your stay at Sandpiper A-2D will be a beach vacation you will never forget! The entrance to this beach rental brings you into the top main level where you will find all the comforts and conveniences of home. Enjoy your favorite home-cooked meals from the unit's full kitchen, equipped with major appliances and cooking essentials like pots, pans and utensils. Dine at the kitchen bar, in the dining room area, or from your private balcony. Guests will enjoy lounging in the living room area, which features large furnishings, flatscreen television, and complimentary wireless Internet. This unit also features a washer & dryer to handle any laundry needs during your beach vacation. Main floor also includes a half bath. Lower level includes two guest bedrooms. Unit is accessible by elevator and parking is located under the building on the ground floor. 

Sleeping arrangements accommodate up to 6 guests and include:
-Master Bedroom: 1 King bed, attached bath with duel vanity and shower tub combo and private balcony. 
-Guest Room 1: 2 Double beds and attached bath with shower tub combo.

Guest Access:
Guests will have access to entire condo. All resort guests have access to the Play Pool Plaza and the Indoor Pool Play Pool Plaza is the main resort pool located at Summerhouse Suites. Open from 10:00 a.m. - 10:00 p.m. The play pool plaza features a mini waterpark with rotating buckets, silly submarine, mushroom and lazy river. Concessions available in season. Cabanas with 2 lounge chairs, fan and television are available to rent for full or half days. Room Charge or Credit Cards only. Indoor Pool is located inside of the Health Club along with a hot tub. Open 6:00 a.m. - 9:00 p.m.

The Neighborhood:
During your stay in one of our Sandpiper Run vacation rentals, take advantage of the oceanfront pool, salt water fishing lakes with a fishing pier, a marsh overlook with crab dock, lighted tennis courts, over seven miles of scenic walking paths, an oceanfront clubhouse with cabana, and approximately one mile of private access to the beach. Places to eat with in Litchfield by the Sea Include: Coastal Dish which offers a daily breakfast buffet, The Deck Tiki Bar and Grill with happy hour, specialty drinks and small plates, Coastal Scoops Ice Cream Shoppe and an onsite Starbucks. Also available is a Health and Wellness Center, Bike Rentals and seasonal Beach Chair Rentals. 

Getting Around:
Within the gated community all resort amenities and beach are within short walking distance. A quick 5-10-minute drive outside the gate you will find plenty of local restaurants and shops. 

Guest Interaction:
Prior to arrival please feel free to message us in the messaging tool with any questions. After checking in we ask that you contact the front desk for anything you may need, when checking in they will provide you with 24/7 support number.  

Confirming Reservation:
After booking we will send you message to confirm your reservation. A week prior to your stay we will send you a message with reservation number to give front desk and a reminder of check in location and instructions. 

Other Things to Note:
Must be 21 years of age to rent. NO PETS or SMOKING IS ALLOWED. Rental comes with linens, towels and setup pack of paper towels and toiletries. Unit is individually owned and managed by Litchfield Vacation Rentals; we ask our guests to treat it as they would their own home.
