Clean and cosy

Everything was clean and comfortable. Bed was comfortable and water was hot. It would have been helpful to have the name of the unit complex before I tried to find it with my GPS as that part was a bit confusing. The parking is a bit away from the studio and cars need to be moved every 12 hours. Other than that it was perfect.

Disliked: Cleanliness, amenities, property conditions & facilities, communication

The accommodation was in extremely poor hygienic condition. Specifically, I found: • Musty-smelling comforters and closets • A washing machine covered in insect droppings • Wet towels laid on the bed I left here after one night. Although I contacted my host, Expedia, and Vrbo customer support repeatedly, I received no satisfactory explanation or refund for this matter. When I opened the closet, a strong moldy odor emerged, and the comforters inside were so musty that they were unusable. One of the reasons I chose this room was the availability of a washing machine and dryer as I was planning to stay for 10 nights. However, the washing machine was unusable due to a large amount of insect droppings in the detergent compartment. Then, dryer was not allowed to use. Additionally, wet towels were placed on the bed, which is unacceptable. These hygiene issues pose potential health risks. I was looking forward to my stay but was deeply disappointed.
