Nestled among the trees with the lake and wildlife as your neighbors, this upgraded home welcomes you with charm and a cozy ambiance. The bright kitchen sets the tone as you enter, and on the ground floor, you'll find a comfortable living room with a wood-burning fireplace and a spacious master bedroom with a private bathroom.

Please report any safety concerns or issues immediately, and we appreciate feedback to address concerns reasonably. All properties are inspected before arrival, and any damages must be reported upon check-in to avoid responsibility for the repair costs.
2) Smoking is not allowed in any of our vacation rentals. Smoking is not allowed outside by any open window/door.
3) Ensure whether the house is listed as pet-friendly or not

***Before You Travel***
1) Educate yourself regarding travel updates and restrictions. You may visit the County and City websites:

If the offered property does not meet your requirements and you opt not to stay, you can receive a full refund upon initiating cancellation. We retain the right to cancel for any reason.
3) Refunds will not be issued for circumstances beyond our control, which include but are not limited to acts of nature or weather-related issues, unforeseen mechanical/electrical failures during your stay, or road closures. However, if all three access roads to and from Big Bear are closed for more than four hours simultaneously, you may reschedule your stay for another time in the same home. Please note that you will be responsible for paying any price difference if the new rate is higher.

[SPECIFICS]

***Amenities - What We Provide***
1) Plan to bring everything you may need outside of furnishings, dishes, utensils, bath towels, linens, blankets, pillows, etc. We also provide limited amounts of cleaning supplies, toilet paper, a roll of paper towels, a few trash bags, etc. We do not supply shower soaps, shampoo, laundry detergent, etc. We also do not supply irons, hair blowers, or curling irons unless our owner has requested we do so.
2) Each property is individually owned. Amenities are listed to the best of our current actual knowledge, without a duty of inquiry or investigation, but not guaranteed. Photos are taken when the home becomes a part of our program and updated when possible. There is no guarantee the property will look exactly the same as the photos. Changes are possible without notice and will not qualify for compensation.
3) Please note that HOME AMENITIES ARE NOT GUARANTEED UPON ARRIVAL. In this remote mountain community, the environment can be harsh on homes, and resources for repair services or replacements are limited. Here are some potential issues:
- Game tables may break.
- Hot tubs can stop working.
- Satellite dishes, internet, and cable may go down, especially after storms.
- Pay-per-view may not be available in every home; please arrange this in advance if it's essential.
- Barbecue grills may not always be cleaned between guests.
- Refrigerators may take some time to cool your items, as they start empty and the air is initially warm.
