Freeway, Downtown, shopping & eateries within 3-5 minutes. The space This Historic Beauty is over 100 yrs old and was built in the early 1900’s. This large 1 bedroom 1 bath has a full petite kitchen. Our goal was to create an oasis where you can seclude and shut the entire world around you out or bathe in the sunshine with the large windows. The property is a triplex with 1 long term tenant who have house dogs - the authentically southern residents bring a warm experience you will not get anywhere else. The back yard where you’ll park is massive and makes for a distinctly Alabama outdoors feel. Be careful as you pull up the driveway - the over 100 year old trees have roots that’ll give you an Montgomery massage if you proceed hastily (drive slow in and out of the drive). Welcome.

We were in town for EJI and this location does not disappoint. The host was more than accommodating and responded fairly quickly. The layout of the place is great. Everything you need is provided. If we are ever in town again, we will be staying here.
My husband and I loved our stay at this Historic Beauty! The decor was beautiful and comfortable, and and the host was very responsive to messages. We will definitely be returning for another weekend getaway soon!
This apartment was really cute and modernly decorated for such an old house. It was surprisingly spacious for being a one bedroom. Plenty of room for parking. It was a little loud, but I'm a country girl who's never lived in an apartment before. My one real issue was that the listing says it sleeps 4, and that's really not accurate. There's 1 queen bed in the bedroom and a loveseat and chair in the living room. The chair folds out flat but was uncomfortable and not really big enough for our teen daughter to stretch out. She ended up scrunching up on the loveseat. We could have brought an air mattress for her if we had known, and there was plenty of room for it. Otherwise it was beautiful! Would stay here again if we're ever back in the area.
We were in Montgomery for a seminar & our stay was short. That said, this cozy, nicely renovated & updated part of an historic home was a very pleasant surprise. There was no noise or disturbance from any neighbors. It was convenient to our venue. The atmosphere felt clean & we enjoyed our short time there. We would consider it again should we be traveling to Montgomery again & it was just the two of us.
This property far exceeded our expectations and was absolutely beautiful inside. Everything was clean and made us feel right at home. For the price per night it was well worth every dollar spent. The owner was easy to get ahold of and very polite. Highly recommend staying here

Had the side apartment of the house to ourselves. It was very clean and beautiful, and had plenty of hot water and great quality TV. You do technically share the house with others, but there is zero interaction with them since everything is adequately separated.
Would definitely stay here again! Was very cozy and beautiful, and about a 15 minute drive from where all the shops and restaurants are. Great location, great host, great stay.
