- CHECK IN: Check-in/check in to the apartment is after 4:00 PM. Prior to 16HS, and when the employee is cleaning you can leave suitcases.
Access to the apartment is given by code on the day of arrival.

-Check OUT: Check-out time 10AM. In the case there are no people entering that day we can be flexible with the check-out time.

- EARLY check-in or LATE check-out cannot be guaranteed. It will depend on the availability of the moment, whether there is a reservation the night before or check in the day of check-out. Please do not check this in advance: You can know the day before check-in or the day before check-out.

Notice: Only 1 sets of keys are left per department.

- The cleaning fee refers to the cleaning of the entrance to the apartment in optimal condition with sheets and towels. Daily or other cleaning is not included daily or otherwise. It leaves 1 set of towels per person and 1 set of sheets per bed with their pillows and blanket.

- We do not make reservations outside of . Please don't check this out.

- When making the reservation, we will ask you to send us an ID photo (ID or PASSPORT) of all those who stay via email. This is mandatory in order to enter the building.
