Perfect for TCU parents weekend or tailgating. Master bedroom downstairs with 3 bedrooms upstairs. Optional bonus/playroom with large sofa if needed for extra guests. This is our personal home so our belongings will be here, please no parties or large gatherings. Covered outdoor patio with tv. One block from the TCU football stadium! Fully stocked kitchen and bathrooms with everything you would need for a weekend stay. Designer home that was featured in Southern Living Magazine!

TCU graduation
The house and location could not have been better. The owners went out of their way to accommodate our party and we throughly enjoyed staying there. Everyone commented multiple times how nice the house was and how perfect the location was. Age group was from 22 to 68. The beds were incredibly comfortable. We used both the backyard and the front yard to enjoy the afternoon and evenings. Not a critical comment one.

TCU Game Day Weekend
This beautiful family home is the perfect house for a TCU game day weekend. Just a few minutes walk to the stadium with ample parking in the driveway. We sat outside, grilled and watched football as game day traffic piled in. Walked over to the Carter a few minutes before kickoff. The house itself is extremely well done and kept. The owners have exceptional taste and have created a warm and inviting home. We are so thankful they shared their home with us.
