Close to I-75 and just an exit up from the Monroe Outlet Malls, there is plenty to do in this part of town! • No illegal substances allowed on the premises.

If we find that the number of guests we are hosting in our home differs from the original reservation, we hold the right to charge an additional penalty fee of $50 per additional guest - per day.

If any of these rules are broken, we have the right to charge you for any damages done to the home through the resolution center on Airbnb.
