Fun Girls Trip
The house was perfect for our girls trip. Great location, could walk to downtown or the beach. House had a great view and plenty of room for everyone to hang out together.

Spacious Beach retreat
The three separate floors with bedrooms on each floor made a perfect stay for multiple families! Having two kitchens was great! The house is fully stocked for a beach vacation!

Superb house & service in Manhattan Beach
A stunning and unique property, with great sunset views over Manhattan Beach, oozing charm and character. The house was excellently provisioned, both in the kitchen and throughout, including plenty ofluxury throws and blankets for the cooler nights! The attention to every little detail (plus some extra treats!) really paid off. Gina and her team communicated excellently to make our stay special. We would highly recommend to everyone.evenings

Perfect for a family beach vacation
This spacious multi-story house was perfect for our multi-generational family, providing inviting common spaces and opportunities for privacy. A short walk to the beach, restaurants and shopping. The hosts were friendly and welcoming. Bonus: we were able to include the canine member of our family.

Welcoming beach house! Views were gorgeous. House was clean, beds were comfortable. Everything was better than we expected for our family vacation. Proximity to the sand is easy with the walk street nearby. Kitchens clean and well supplied. We are coming back for sure!

Manhattan Beach Alma house
The property was perfect for our family of 10. The house was very clean and the amenities were such a nice surprise. We never ran out of hot water! The host (Gina) was gracious and responded to our questions quickly. Thank you for a fantastic week!

Gorgeous views steps from the beach
We loved this house. The views were amazing and its location could not have been better. Easy to walk to shops and restaurants. We barely used our car the entire time we were there. So close to the beach and owners provided everything you need beach chairs, towels etc. The owners were responsive throughout entire rental process and made sure we had an amazing stay. We will definitely be back.

Perfect family vacation home
The house was perfect for an extended family vacation for our group of 9 with ages running from 14 to 80. Easily walkable to beaches and downtown, the home was in an excellent location and provided all needed amenities, and more. I don't think I have ever rented a home as well supplied as this. We especially enjoyed the top floor living area with plenty of space for our group and great ocean views. We would rent again, if we return.

Perfect home for our 23rd Girls Weekend!
The home was clean, well furnished and spacious. It had nice views from the 3rd floor deck and was only .8 miles to town. We walked to town and to the beach daily/nightly. We had plenty of room for all 10 of us!

If you really want to be immersed in all that is the So Cal beach feel, this ideally located to enjoy everything within walking distance. Beach and restaurants are all in close proximity. Our group lived in the South Bay 30 years ago and this house was perfect. Oh, and the views from the house are spectacular. Hosts were extremely accommodating.

A perfect beach get-away
We had a girls trip here. Half with Los Angeles locals and half out-of-towners. It was the perfect spot for us to walk to the beach and the shops, but mostly to hangout on the 3rd floor, catch-up with each other and enjoy the gorgeous beach view. We absolutely loved that 3rd floor common area. We would definitely consider coming back.

Awesome! Can’t wait to go back. Gina and team are awesome hosts. The house is in a very quiet area and a few blocks off the beach. It is well appointed - better than most VRBOs - with kitchen wares, blankets, great towels, games, etc. the house is as beautiful as the pictures show online. Thank you Gina and Greg!

Very nice stay
We enjoyed our stay. Greg greeted us when we (golf team) arrived. Upstairs Kitchen was well stocked, we did not use the downstairs kitchen too much. The view upstairs too nice to spend anytime downstairs! One of the bedrooms pretty small and more like a pass through to back stairs. But still worked nicely as a bedroom, with a big walk in closet.

Fabulous Family Fun!
A truly beautiful, well appointed home in a fantastic neighborhood! The house had everything we needed for a fantastic family vacation. The house is in comfortable walking distance to the beach and the adorable town of Manhattan Beach. The views are stunning. The house is fully stocked, clean and so very comfortable- we felt completely at home. The hosts are absolutely lovely and extremely kind and helpful. They treated us like family and even sent over thoughtful treats! We will be back! Highly recommend this home and these hosts!
