Welcome to our charming waterfront creek house, the perfect destination for your next family getaway or group retreat! Nestled along the serene waters, our 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom home offers a picturesque escape with abundant amenities for both kids and adults to enjoy. With swimming, kayaks, paddle boards, a fire pit, and a pet-friendly atmosphere, you'll create unforgettable memories here!
The space
As you step into our cozy abode, you'll be greeted by an inviting living area adorned with comfortable seating and large windows that offer breathtaking views of the waterfront. The open-concept design seamlessly connects the living room, dining area, and fully equipped kitchen, making it easy for everyone to socialize and spend quality time together.

Bedrooms:
Master Bedroom: A spacious retreat with a plush king-size bed and ensuite bathroom.
Second Bedroom: A comfortable queen-size bed and ample storage space for your belongings. There is a door to the outside and direct access to the waterfront.
Third Bedroom: Perfect for kids or additional guests, featuring two twin beds, one full bed and playful decor that will make them feel right at home.
Bathrooms: Three modern bathrooms await you, each stocked with fresh towels, toiletries, and everything you need to unwind after a day of exploration or water activities.

Outdoor Delights:
The real highlight of our property is the outdoor space. Step outside to the spacious deck where you can bask in the sun, dine al fresco, or simply savor your morning coffee while listening to the gentle creek flow by. The backyard leads directly to the waterfront, where you'll find an array of water-based activities. Take a refreshing swim, paddle along the creek in our kayaks, or try your hand at paddle boarding for an unforgettable experience. Afterward, gather around the fire pit in the evening to roast marshmallows and share stories under the starry sky.

Family and Pet-Friendly:
We understand that your furry friends are part of the family too, which is why we gladly welcome well-behaved dogs to our home. We will charge an additional $50/per pet, per stay. The fenced-in backyard offers plenty of space for them to run around and play. Additionally, the property is kid-friendly, with various games to keep the little ones entertained.

If you decide to venture beyond our tranquil oasis, you'll find a plethora of attractions within a short distance. Guest access
Check-in is a breeze with our keyless entry system. We will send you a personalized access code a few days before your arrival. It's convenient and secure, allowing you to come and go as you please.
Other things to note
Absolutely No Parties! Out of respect for our neighbors, please keep quiet hours after 10pm.

*Primary renter must be at least 30 years old and be staying at the property. Renting on behalf of others is not permitted.

Quiet hours are Sunday-Thursday 10pm. Friday and Saturday 11pm.

*Absolutely no smoking or parties. Only age appropriate guests that are accounted with applicable fees paid are permitted. If there are any parties, smoking or unregistered guests on the property you will be asked to leave immediately and forfeit all payment.
