Beautiful 4 bed, 2.5 bath House with yard & grill

Beautiful and Cozy 4 bed 2.5 bath house. With a nice and private back yard! And parking right in front! We are 15 minutes driving to Downtown, Airport, 20 minutes to Sea World, Coronado beach, Ocean Beach, Imperial Beach, Balboa Park, etc! Free parking right in front! No visitors allowed. Pets welcome and need to be added to reservation. No smoking inside! No unregistered guest, a penalty of $25.- per person, per guest will be charge at time of checkout!
The space
All 4 bedrooms are upstairs, there is a sofa bed in the living room, please let us know if you're planning on using it to make sure is ready for you.

The city trolly is a big block away. We have plenty of parking right in front of the house.

The house was very clean and comfortable. Able to fit plenty for give gatherings. Love the deck and patio into the back yard. Overall a plesant stay. Grateful!

Dirty and Unsafe
The house was not clean and had many broken things. The couches and living room all had a cigarette smell. The stair banister was not up to code and our two year old was putting his body through the gaps which was very scary. The garbage disposal was broken and previous tenants old food constantly flooded the sink. And smelled. And the dishes in the cabinets had oily residue and some had old food on them. The owner worked with us to let us leave early, which we appreciated. But we were very uncomfortable there during our brief stay.

Great place
It was a great place to stay. It was very clean and plenty of room for both my family and my sister's family. It was close to the zoo and sea world, so a great location. We also saw a pineapple plant on the property that was really fun for my kids to see. Would stay there again.
