The only issue we had was the hot tub instructions weren't clear. The water pressure in the showers was very low. Otherwise, it was a nice spacious home with everything you need.

Christmas vacation

The only problem is the hot water did not work upstairs. They came and adjusted the water temp but it was still barely lukewarm and uncomfortable. Other than that it was an amazing property and absolutely beautiful.

Bed bugs - stay away!

We got bit by bedbugs! Property owner took about 24 hours to reply to any message. The place is dirty, furniture is outdated, it would be okay considering low price we paid, but the worst thing is bed bugs! When I texted owner the pictures of our bites, she denied and didn’t even apologize for this! I want a refund and will open a dispute with VRBO

gorgeous mansion

I stayed here for my birthday with my family and it was such an amazing time. The house is humongous and just so breathtaking it’s high ceilings and sun roofs. The property manager responded quickly to my messages and was lovely. I 10/10 recommend and will definitely stay here in the future.

Poor communication and poor hosting

We had issue with our last trip. There were no blankets provided, Dishwasher was tripping everytime we reset the breaker as suggested by the host, No hot water in the bathroom in 1st floor. Host promised to send housekeeping to fix these but no one showed up and also promised that he would refund for the incovinience but no response since then. Your colleague told she can raise a request to chat with host but I don't see any email of communication. Vrbo reservation ID: HA-1DKTK0. I contacted through chat and phone as well and no response at all.
