Para quem for ficar 2 a 3 dias eh bom, mas para mais dias, precisa de algumas coisas, porém eh um bom imóvel. Só os sofás camas q fedem a urina, mas colocamos endredons por cima e conseguimos usar. A proprietária nos disse q vai reformar o imóvel, então acredito q ficará bem melhor. Não demos sorte, pegamos dias de chuva e isso nos obrigou a ficar mais tempo no imóvel.

Tranquilidade!
A casa acomoda 6 pessoas com conforto. O condomínio é muito bom e bem tranquilo. Procurávamos um lugar pra ficar que não fosse muito longe das praias, com preço legal e sem bagunça e todas as minhas expectativas foram atendidas. Todas as minhas dúvidas foram prontamente respondidas. Voltaremos mais vezes.

A casa é exatamente conforme as imagens, muito bonita, toda meia parede da casa em madeira . muto fresca e arejada. Levamos 15 minutos de carro sem trânsito, até a praia do Forte em Cabo Frio e 10 minutos de carro até a praia do Sudoeste no centro de São Pedro da aldeia , praia ótima para crianças. A cozinha é equipada com todos os itens necessários para uma boa estadia. Passei 15 dias de férias com minha família e só tenho elogios ao local. Desde o primeiro contato com a administradora, que foi muito atenciosa e cortês, até o término da minha estadia. Estadia maravilhosa! Recomendo a todos!

Gostei muito. Infelizmente não pude aproveitar a piscina, pois, o responsável estava de folga, devido ter (segundo informações da operacional), trabalhado no carnaval. Concordo com a negociação do Condomínio Cisne Branco, porém, sugiro, que, caso, haja uma possibilidade de tempo bom (ensolarado), possa haver alguém de reserva que possa substituir a (s) pessoas responsáveis e /ou operacional pela(s) piscinas. Grato pela oportunidade e agradeço antecipadamente. Recomendo à possibilidade da mudança do layout da entrada da garagem da casa alugada, como sendo, a entrada/saída, de frente para à rua principal.

casa conforme as fotos, as piscinas deixaram a desejar sem cadeiras ou espreguicadeiras ou sombra. nos ultimos dias a casa apresentou cheiro de esgoto, que foi informado á administraçao que ia limpar a fossa. Mas recomendo para familias que querem descansar, tem parquinho para as crianças.

Uma excelente e aconchegante imóvel
Parte de minha familia ocupou este imóvel no fim de junho. Adoramos pq é super sossegado, seguro, limpo e tudo funcionando e completo. Somente elogios. Um belo condominio onde as crianças puderam andar sem nos preocuparmos. Fácil acesso, pertinho do centro. Uma paz. Detalhe: super seguro porque soubemos que ali moram muitos militares. Tudo super organizado. Vamos voltar seguramente!

O imóvel está em ótimas condições e é exatamente como consta nas fotos. O condomínio possui uma infra-estrutura muito boa. A proprietária é muito atenciosa e tirou todas as minhas dúvidas sobre a hospedagem. Só recomendo ir de carro para passear pelas praias e fazer compras no comércio local, pois há poucas opções de ônibus.
