We love San Antonio first of all! Everything was perfect as far as the Gorgeous house just like the pictures.. if I had to not-pick tho the upstairs has like a dbl bed for one big room it wasn’t private to the couples up there maybe a curtain or something but really great!!! No complaints!!! I could stay there again!
The house was lovely and the accommodations were exactly ass adversities online. The cherry on top was access to the pool just down the street! Had a great weekend!
This listing LOOKS very promising online. I suggest you look elsewhere! Not worth the money or hassle! The pool is clean and quiet. You are two houses away from the exit; the last unit on our street had burglar bars. This could have been a better unit if the owner actually took the time to keep it up and if he had just done a better job of cleaning up or monitoring his cleaning crew. 1 - The toilet seat was cracked. I told the host this was okay but suggested that he replace it before the next renters. 2 - The upstairs shower curtain had blood stains on it! He said he bought a new one but was waiting for hooks. 3 - Towels were mismatched and well-worn. Host said someone used them for the pool and the chlorine bleached them. I asked him if he provided towels specifically for the pool. At this point, he told me that I could leave if I was uncomfortable! 4 - The lamps in the primary bedroom do not work or the outlets are misfunctioning. 5 - The hand soap was watered down. 6 There was a cell phone left in between the sheets of the upstairs shared bedroom! 6 There was a used washcloth left in the shower! 7 There was an Adidas sling/small backpack left in the freezer. The list could go on and on! I asked the host to replace the curtain with a clean one and he said I would be charged another cleaning fee. Host's response? "If you are not comfortable, you can leave." Photos of the unit and texts are available. I hope I never hear from this irresponsible and immature host again!
The security of this neighborhood is top notch. The only issue we had was that they didn't just check for your name, they took photos of your ID and license plate, EVERY time we entered the property. I completely am okay with the initial check in, however, it was less neccessary at each return to house. The ease of checkout was nice and the house has everything you would need for a couple days or a much longer stay. The beds were extremely comfortable and we would consider another stay in the future! Host/Owner was very easy to communicate with and was very prompt in correcting any and all issues found!

Nice house but very dirty
The house was nice and spacious, but was missing many essentials and was very dirty. There was no hand soap, hand towels, limited toilet paper, etc. Many of the outlets did not work. There were many bugs (dead and alive) when we arrived. The owner sprayed for bugs the same day we arrived. Many lights bulbs were out. The beds were all very comfy though. There were also many stairs which was fine for us but may be a concern for those with limited mobility.
With a short drive from the house to all the main areas of San Antonio, it was a great place to catch up with my friends from college and go out and enjoy all the stuff we used. Plenty of space for everyone and very private and safe
Great place to stay and location! Met all our needs while visiting our daughter for BMT graduation. 20-30 minutes from Lackland AFB, easy to get on the Hwy and then to nearby restaurants and popular areas. Safe, gated community. Juan was prompt with communication and with meeting additional needs/basic supplies that were needing restocked while we were there. Would recommend and stay again if in the area.
Stayed at this property for a weekend guys golf trip. Host was extremely nice and helpful! Place was well kept and was perfect layout for 4 adults! Will definitely stay again next time I’m in San Antonio and highly recommend you stay here as well!
I absolutely love this house! This place has plenty of room, was very clean and had everything we needed. I loved the decor, the neighborhood is gated and I felt safe to walk around and explore. There is also a community pool that is nearby. I’d definitely recommend
This townhouse has a good location if you need to work or visit family in that part of San Antonio. The townhouse weds a bit of a facelift as it is a bit dated.
There are exposed outlets and lights that do not work (The light in the courtyard between the house and the garage is a security issue we tried to replace the bulb but it’s the wiring ). The master bedroom door was hung wrong and can easily be pushed open even from the outside even though it is locked., Another safety issue. The grill was filthy dirty; no one has cleaned the patio area since last season. The house is dirty. The kitchen is especially dirty and unorganized. I had to rewash most utensils and pans before a dared use them. There is tile literally falling off the counter. There are dead cockroaches. The master bedroom bed is propped up on bricks and my Sheets appeared to have boogers on them. There was half a roll of paper towel. There was no pan/pot to boil spaghetti; I had to run out and buy my own pot. Somebody left personal items in a drawer and it appears there is marijuana in an Altoid tin. I don’t like the fact that there’s a bowl of coins/cash left here. The last thing I would want to be accused of is stealing somebody’s valuable property. I sent J J a message letting her know on day two of some of these issues but I never heard back from her. I have pictures to prove all of the above. I would like a refund.

Nice house. Nice location. Poor management.
The signup process and check-in were seamless. The master bed had dirty sheets, dirty coffee maker, no detergent to wash the sheets and no extra king sheets. The response from management was “sorry about that. I will take care of it tomorrow.” Not very workable when we need to sleep on the bed that night. Poor customer service. Hopefully this does not happen often.
This was the perfect spot for our work trip. There were 5 of us and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Property was as described and was more than enough room to accommodate the party of 10.
The house was as described inside a gated community, very secure property. There is a number of stairs in the house which limits handicap accessibility to bedrooms and stairs.

Charming 24-7 guarded private community
We enjoyed the overall funky feel to the home. Lovely courtyard! Lots of stairs; ups and downs that made the living space interesting and gave the home a lot of texture. It was spacious and cozy. The community was very nice, quiet and secure. It had an old world elegance. Our overall experience was excellent! Only improvements would be a new set of pots/pans and silverware. Upstairs sink needs to be changed out and we found loose tacks that were randomly on the floor.

Decent but limited parking - you can get ticketed. In a quite gate neighborhood.
Upon arrival there was a note concerning the HVAC/Heating system which was useful and the private gate access created a nice secure feeling. The owners were communicative the day of check in, trading several emails throughout the day as we encountered hiccups but more information ahead of time would have been useful, primarily in the listing.
It has 3-bedrooms but one bedroom had two beds set up and parking is limited to garage only.
You must park in the small garage and it is a two car garage. A full size Suburban or truck will obviously not fit, the Acadia barely fit but w/o any walk around room. If you’re willing to walk 2 blocks you can park at the pond.
Per the home owner the HOA will issue a $20 fine for any cars parked in the driveway overnight.
The driveway is VERY VERY steep, we scraped the front facia on a new Acadia, the owner did advise the day of.
Not really viable for anyone elderly due to the stairs and according to "House rules; Children not allowed It’s a tri-level home with lots of stairs FYI." If you had adult or college age family fly into town it could work. The ad indicated it but our search was for 6 adults and 1 child plus a dog, and this listing did populate but our “child” was HS age.
They have "towels" as in full size towels but no hand towels or wash clothes, as confirmed by email and they do not really have enough towels for a setup that "sleeps 10". We bought some but left them behind for the next renter.
Also, bring your own hand soap. My experiences had me expecting it to be furnished however again the owner indicated via email they do not provide.
The beds were pretty comfy & w/ it being a gated community it was quite, the walk to the pond is 2 blocks away. They accept dogs but the yard space is a small primarily cement area.
The house itself was updated nicely and the furnishings were in decent shape.
The house has potential but the listing needs some updating to be more accurate. You are trading some pros and cons due to the private neighborhood. These are my observations of both good and bad that popped up.
Overall, a 3 out of 5 based upon my other experiences vs price.
