Great location in Aspen. Cozy Aspen condo a short walking distance to the Aspen Mountain Gondola and 1A Lift, restaurants, nightlife. and shopping! Catty corner from free skier shuttle to Highlands, Snowmass, and Buttermilk Mountain. Perfect Aspen 2023/2024 ski season rental. Lots of windows, light, mountain views, and high ceilings in the living room. There are four townhomes in this building, each with a private street entrance. No condo overhead. The condo is fully furnished with 750 sq ft on two floors. Enter at street level for bedroom, bath, and laundry room. Upstairs is living room, kitchen, bathroom, with outside deck with a Weber gas grill. There is one assigned off street parking spot for a car. Everything you will need to enjoy the ski season in Aspen, CO.
