I quick shower in the forecast? Not to worry at the Hideaway Palms House, enjoy BBQ, cocktails or dinner under the authentic Tiki Hut. The Hideaway Palms House is professionally renovated 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom villa that offers everything you'd expect in a luxury vacation rental including a kitchen that is equipped with everything that the "chef in you" needs to entertain guests right at home.

Each bedroom features new, high quality mattresses with high-end linens and a large format 65" smart TVs. Music enthusiasts will enjoy the sound quality of the Sonos Move sound system that can conveniently connect to your Bluetooth devices.

Internet Connectivity - Hideaway House offers high-speed Wi-Fi (150 Mbps), ensuring that whether you need to complete a little business while on vacation, indulge in streaming shows or movies, or share a few social media posts, you'll have of all your internet needs taken care of.

Cleaning - We take cleaning very seriously at the Hideaway Palms House. The property is professionally cleaned and sanitized (up to the CDC guidelines) and inspected before each stay to ensure your comfort, safety, and enjoyment.

Free Transportation to Atlantic Ave or the Beach - Golf Cart to Atlantic Avenue and the Beach, it's free and easy! The Hideaway Palms House is located in the Delray FREEBEE service area. The FREEBEE is Delray Beach’s "point-to-point" transportation service that uses all electric vehicles and provides passengers with a fun and eco-friendly way around downtown.

A word about all bedding and linens:
• Beds feature high-quality (800 count) cotton sheets and pillowcases in white.
• Each bed (kings & queens) is set with 4 pillows and white blankets.
• All bath and hand towels are white and made of high-end cotton.
• Pool/Beach towels provided

General Areas
The Dining Room
Located between the kitchen and the living room, the dining room is spacious and open. This large table can comfortably seat up to 6 guests. There is also a four-top table bistro table in the kitchen area which is perfect for conversations with the chef.

The Living Room
In our well-lit and roomy living area, you'll find a generously sized sectional sofa, accompanied by an accent chair, small poofs and a 75” Roku Smart TV. The living room offers direct access to the backyard and all the outdoor amenities that this unique property has to offer.

The Kitchen
Chef's will enjoy our professionally equipped kitchen, it features all the essentials for cooking and hosting your guests in style and ease. From cookware to glassware (for water, wine, martinis, and champagne), dinnerware, outdoor plasticware for the pool deck, cooking utensils, Keurig coffee makers, electric tea kettle, and a blender – we've got you covered. Additionally, basic cleaning supplies ensure your convenience. Create meals and relish in quality moments effortlessly.

What else can you expect at The Hideaway Palms House?
Supplies provided - You’re on vacation… the last thing that you need to do is worry about the basics. To get you started, we will provide three rolls of paper towels in the kitchen, dishwasher soap, and 3 rolls of toilet paper in each bathroom. We also provide dish soap in the kitchen and hand soap in all bathrooms.

The Laundry Room - Feel free to use our washer and dryer located just off the West Bedroom, in a separate enclosed space.

BBQ Grill - The grill is powered by propane. We have a backup tank if needed.

Other things to note
Landscaping maintenance is provided every other week, usually on the morning of Wednesday or Thursday. So, please don't be alarmed if you briefly see a team taking care of this on-site. They are efficient professionals and will only be there for about 20 minutes.

Trash Service - The City of Delray picks up trash for recycling and/or disposal every Monday and Thursday morning. We offer three garbage and recycle bins located on the west side of the house (behind the side gate). Simply place your trash and recycling in these bins, and we'll move them to the street for collection on the designated days. Relax and enjoy your vacation; we've got it covered!

Parties & Events - The Hideaway Palms House is situated in a residential neighborhood where local ordinances prohibit excessively loud music or noise. As a policy, we do not permit parties, receptions, or events. However, small gatherings like birthdays or bachelorette parties are allowed only for the guests staying at the house (up to 8 people), provided there is no excessive noise.

Parking - Our circle driveway provides ample parking for three cars. Leave your car ands take the FREEBEE. :)
