Visit home

This was a trip to bring my kids to Philly to meet family. They’ve never been here, but this is home to me. My grandparents have moved to Delaware so we needed somewhere to stay where I was comfortable being. This was a prime location! Close to everything I needed to get to. I would’ve stayed one more night if there was a pool lol. Thanks for the hospitality.

Nice Place

Overall comfortable and cute, there were a couple of bugs but other than that it was clean and would stay again if in the area

Good for a quick weekend !

Back bedroom and bathroom wreaked of cigarettes, and the host was slow to reply. But was totally fine for an affordable stay.

Great stay

Everyrhing went fine for the stay. The location is near oublic transportation so moving around the city is easy. The check in was easy and everything worked. The only complaint is the fire alarm is very sensitive but that's not on the owner. It's just placed in a very inconvenient place when you want to make bacon lol

Adequate for Basic Housing

Kitchen and bathroom were decent and the two beds reasonably comfortable, so we made a go of it. Living room couches are old, unsightly, and uncomfortable. Advertised as sleeping 6, but only the two beds. When I complained owner dropped off an air mattress, which we didn’t use, with our one family member sleeping on the couch. Minor problems with various breakers tripping, requiring us to reset. Great location for accessing downtown!!

Generally Nice Apartment

The apartment overall was a good place to stay. It was clean and easy to access. A few things would have improved the stay. There was no toaster and the oven/stove didn't work. We could have used a few more towels or been able to wash them in the clothes washer (the sign said you had to stay 5 nights to use the washer). There were no hooks or places to put things down in the bathroom. Finally, someone started working on the upstairs apartment at 8:30 a.m. on a Saturday--a bit too early for a weekend.
