It’s laid out as a master suite , with king size bed , bathroom with shower , laundry room with brand new stackables, and a private bedroom with twin beds as well . As you go upstairs you will find a spacious open concept living area , 70 inch Smart TV ,brand new sliders that open up with a view of the backyard & pool area , dining areas, breakfast bar, a well stocked kitchen worthy of any food network cook, microwave , dishwasher, stove & fridge . A Keurig & Mr. Coffee, Airfryer and so much more . Full bathroom with shower/ tub combo . You will find a twin bedroom , a private master suite with king bed , our last bedroom is a queen with a view of the backyard & pool , every bedroom has new linens , new furniture quality pillows & mattresses for a good nights rest’s. Smart tv’s in each room as well . We’re guest ready for all your needs & wants . Beach Ready with beach chairs , cooler , umbrella and wagon . We have a high chair & play pen tucked away in case you need . We provide games & puzzles for adults & kids . Bikes & Gulf Cart rentals are back, delivered to house . The Tram & Trolley are up and running on Estero Blvd making it easier to get around . We truly take the time to not forget what makes a home a home .
