Getting around San Diego is easy and convenient from our location! Here’s what you need to know:
Walking: Enjoy a variety of great bars and restaurants just three blocks away
Rideshare: Quick Uber or Lyft rides will take you downtown in just minutes. It’s also a short 2-mile ride to Broadway Pier, where you can catch the Coronado Ferry, and you’re just a hop away from the first exit off the Coronado Bridge.
Parking: Ample street parking is available
We have digital locks where a code will be sent to you before your check-in.

Extra linens, pillows, towels and an iron are located in the living room closet
For stays longer than 30 nights we do require a lease agreement, background check, copy of drivers licence, and a one time insurance fee to be paid before your arrival. For stays 30-59 nights it will be $230 and each additional 30 night block of your stay will be an additional $80.
For reservations longer than 30 days, we charge a doubled cleaning fee due to the increased time and effort required for maintaining the property. This additional fee helps ensure the space is thoroughly cleaned after an extended stay.
1 - Property rules
a) No parties - maximum 3 guests for overnight stay
b) Quiet hours after 9 pm.
c) Please be respectful of the long-term tenants in the adjacent units who call this Home.
d) Owner not responsible for any allergic reactions or food allergies to fruit plants in the yard if you choose to eat them
e) Smoking out front on the sidewalk only, minimum 10 ft from the house. No smoking in the back of the unit. There will be a charge of $200 for any smoking infractions - this requires significant cleaning and remediation for the next guest.
g) Do not use white towels for makeup removal or cleaning up after pets or other spills. If stains cannot be removed in one bleach cleaning tenant will be charged $50.
h) Breaking any of these rules can result in a cancelation of your booking and is at the cost of the guest.
2 - Pets:
a) At the time of booking, you must make us aware of any pet(s) that will be staying in the unit. Max 40 lbs unless approved by the host.
b) Non-dangerous/non-aggressive pets are welcome to join you for your stay.
c) We have a maximum of two pets per unit.
d) All pets must be kept on a leash at all times on the property until inside the unit with you.
e) Please take the pets off the property or to the close by dog park to relieve themselves. The fruit trees cannot handle dog urine and feces. You must clean up and dispose of your pet's waste in the neighborhood, bring toiletry bags with you, and then throw them away in a trash receptacle.
f) Pets cannot be left openly unattended in the unit. If you are leaving the property, they must be kept in a kennel or taken with you. No pets on furniture or beds, tenants will be charged for linens that are damaged.
g) Breaking any of these rules can result in a cancelation of your booking and is at the cost of the guest.
