The house is nice, best part is the decks.love the hammocks, and large table. Kids loved the tower overlook.

Beautiful home

The home is beautiful and the view and scenery was awesome. This would have been a wonderful stay if I didn’t arrive to a not so clean home. Could visibly see that none of the bedding was changed and bathrooms could have cleaner with toilet paper. Half of the guest choose not to sleep in the beds, others just slept on top of the bedding. For the price I paid, that was very unsettling. Again, beautiful home, perfect location, but the cleaning crew should be evaluated!! Especially since check in is at 4 to allow time for cleaning…

Beach house review

Overall we had a great experience and enjoyed the beach house. The deck was not built yet and we couldn’t access the game room (not sure if the box malfunctioned or the code was changed) but neither of those were a bid deal for us. The house is in a great location and there are so many beds. It’s perfect for large groups. I do think the cleaning could have been better. The countertops in the kitchen still needed to be wiped down, there was toothpaste on one of the bathroom mirrors, and the bathroom cabinet in the bathroom off the living room needed to be wiped down as well. None of this was a huge deal for us which is why I still gave the place 4 stars. The only problem we had is that the freezer didn’t work. We had put 3 bags of ice in the freezer and they all started to melt. The management company did offer to have someone come out and service the freezer but we chose just to move all frozen items into one of our cooler. I do hope they get that fixed before their next renter stays there though.

Flip Flop in by beach box & VRBO

This propert was inaccurately listed. The gameroom that was found on their property listing was a big consideration for booking it in the first place. Unfortunately it was not there when we stayed. When we found it out, we reached out to the owner and only got an explanation about the gameroom being available soon. After the check out, I reached out to VRBO to inform them and ask their assistance. Sad to say VRBO completely disregarded our concern and left us hanging dry. What a way to end the vacation. So be cautious on dealing with this particular rental, & not to expect assistance at all with VRBO with any of their listings. Lesson learned.

Wonderful house

This house was perfect for our large group. To start with l, there was lots of parking. The house itself was spacious and well appointed. PLENTY of beds. Everything was clean and there was even a complimentary bag of ice in the freezer when we got there (much appreciated!) It did take awhile to cool down the first night, but probably due to the size of the house.The location is just fantastic. You are right on the beach and smack-dab in the middle of Surfside. The deck was a perfect lounge area for evening drinks. We all loved this house and would absolutely not hesitate to stay again.
