The tranquil surroundings create a perfect backdrop for this daily spectacle. Offers a magnificent view of Molasses Reef Marina and The Atlantic Ocean. Located right next to some of the best fishing, snorkeling, diving, boating and sandbars in the area. Guest can fish, kayak or snorkel the ocean via our rock jetty.

Kawama Yacht Club is located ocean side in the heart of Key Largo, known to many as the diving capital of the world - next to John Pennekamp Coral Reef State Park. Be at ease knowing our condominium is located in a gated community that has 24/7 security.

Very safe and secure Condo, Villa, Town home Community with 24/7 Security.

Anyone over 16 with a drivers license can drive the golf cart after signed the release of waiver and produce drivers license. Golf cart cannot be taken outside the gates of Kawama Yacht Club.

Please know that the Keys are not known for their sandy beaches; however, we have a "sandy beach area" with direct ocean access for kayak or stand up paddle boarding.

2 regular size cars are welcomed per stay with free parking .

KEY LARGO is known for “IN” or “ON” the "OCEAN" - Water Sports and Activities. It is the “DIVE CAPITAL OF THE WORLD!

Beaches in the Keys – The only natural beach in the Florida Keys is at Bahia Honda State Park. The rest of the beaches are manmade. The Keys are built on Natural Coral Rock unlike the rest of the state of Florida that have natural sandy beaches. The Keys are not for Avid Beach Goers. They are for people who love to be “IN” or “ON” the "OCEAN".
