Electric, hot water and wifi are included. Propane for hot water heat is extra.
The house is fully furnished with new kitchen appliances and two baths. It is located about 20 minutes to UPEI.
One Bedroom has a king size bed and the other a queen bed.
The living room is fully furnished with a small TV. A full deck is off the living room and kitchen. Washer and dryer are on the first level. A security system monitors the outside. One Bedroom on the lower level is not included.
Monthly rents are available from October 15, 2023 through June 15, 2024.
Snow removal and lawn care is included.
Sorry no pets and the property is smoke free.
