The Space:
This space was fully renovated and updated with new amenities in 2023. The house is open concept with a shared kitchen, living and dining space opening out onto a beautiful private backyard with 🔥🔥 heated 🔥🔥 pool, hot tub, and bocce ball court. The garage has been converted to an air conditioned game room and workout area, complete with pool table, arcade games, foosball, ping pong, air hockey and weights for you to get a quick workout. There is a large outdoor grill, hot tub, pool with water feature, fire and lights! Bocce ball court, glow in the dark cornhole and so much more! All around the property are custom murals highlighting the southwest feel, seamlessly integrating this home with its beautiful environment. Must be seen to be believed!
Parking: You can fit 2 cars in the driveway at this home. There is also free street parking along the road for additional vehicles.

Guests will be sent a keycode for entering the property prior to the start of their stay.
The Neighborhood:
The house is a short 6 minutes drive or Uber from the bustling nightlife and restaurants of Old Town Scottsdale. The neighborhood is quiet and residential. There are grocery stores and a Walmart Supercenter <2 miles away.
20 minutes to Skyharbor airport by car ($20-$30 Uber/Lyft), 15 minutes to TPC Scottsdale (Waste Management Open), 20 minutes to Footprint Center (Phoenix Suns), 13 minutes to Mullett Arena (Coyotes), 30 minutes to State Farm Arena (Cardinals), 30 Minutes to Westgate/Desert Diamond (concerts, WWE, etc...)
Getting Around:
Scottsdale is most easily accessible by car- there are plenty of Uber/Lyfts with wait times almost always <5 minutes. Free two-car driveway parking and ample street parking for overflow.
Other Things to Note:
Per Scottsdale regulations, I am required to do a guest screening including a check of criminal records- by reserving this property you acknowledge that you will be required to consent to screening. You will receive an email after booking to initiate the screening which you are obligated to complete. Please feel free to reach out if you have any questions about this.
Please be respectful of neighbors and capacity not to exceed 12 persons on the property at any given time and only the designated overnight guests. There is a security camera facing the entry gate when you enter for monitoring package deliveries when the home is vacant etc… We also have noise monitors installed which alert us if there is excessive noise in the backyard as a courtesy to our neighbors. Maintenance personnel (pool, landscaping, pest control, etc...) may arrive on property during your stay but will do my best to give you a heads up here.
Pool heating is $100 per night and will be requested in addition to your reservation fees once your booking is confirmed.
Booking Waiver: There is a waiver of terms to sign prior to the stay. You are welcome to request the waiver terms prior to booking if interested.
There is a $500 fine for not replacing the TV cover when not in use.
