Nice & spacious

Overall a beautiful property and perfect for families. Host is very responsive at all times. Our only issue was that the bed sheets were not cleaned & we had to clean them after traveling more than 10 hours. The cleaning crew must have had a bad/lazy day because the reviews didn't mentioned anything wrong with the cleaningness. Had to purchase a few of our own cleaning supplies & laundry detergent in order for us to sleep comfortably because there was all kinds of hairs in the sheets, pillows and the floor. We couldn't go to bed until the sheets were dried which was around 130am. For some reason there was construction happening when it wasn’t supposed to. All three weekdays we couldn't sleep due to early construction than authorized. They started early with the noises & bobcat beepingn banging on top floor as early as 7am. We did enjoy the property and the couple games thats offered. Everything is very modern and a very big back patio. Besides the cleaning & the noise we did enjoy our time making memories.

Relaxing, tasteful and spacious

Our family of 5 thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The condo was exceptionally clean and well-equipped--- allowing us to truly relax. The kids had their own quarters and enjoyed the space. The main living area was perfect for gatherings. The main pool was very quiet and lovely. We did not feel the need to explore other pools. We will return!

I enjoyed my stay at Emmitt’s home. The home is pretty new, the amenities were very modern and the interior design was beautiful. All of the bedrooms were spotlessly cleaned, including the backyard. The ambience of the home is truly top notch. We also had great communication with the host, as he constantly checked in to ensure we lacked for nothing. The downside to this property is that there’s no parking spot in front of the building. There’s a common parking area, that’s about 4-5 walking minutes to the unit. But there’s a workaround. You can drive up to the unit, but you can’t park there indefinitely, as it’s a one way lane. We hurriedly parked in front of the unit to offload our bags and then took the car to the common parking area. When we were about to leave for the airport at 6am, we couldn’t use this method because the little entrance gate was locked, so we had to walk with all of our luggages to the common parking area which was an inconvenience. Overall, it’s a really nice home. The ambience and overall design of the home made up for the parking inconvenience.
