Looking for a little getaway? You'll love the location of this unit, Our little Condo by the Sea. Enjoy your morning coffee right on the beach with the sunrise, we are just 1/2 block to the beach. You'll also have an opportunity to witness a rocket or shuttle launch from the Kennedy Space Center. This 1 bedroom unit comes fully equipped, including 2 bikes, 2 beach chairs and an Acoustic Guitar! Comfortable living area with tile flooring. Galley style kitchen with Bar counter. Brand new Comfortable Queen size foam mattress and lots of closet space. Renovated bathroom with floor to ceiling tiled shower and glass doors. Enjoy cooking on the outdoor electric grill and dining in your own private Court Yard. Go for a bike ride on one of the 2 bikes we provide or lounge by the community pool. There's so much to do in Cape Canaveral and nearby Cocoa Beach, Satellite Beach and Melbourne Beach. Beautiful beaches and parks and many dining and shopping options. Our Condo is located just 2 miles from Port Canaveral, 45 minutes to Orlando International Airport and 1 hour to Disney World and Universal Studios. A great place to rest, renew and inspire, Our little condo by the Sea.
