With a complete 2023 renovation, the décor is inspired by the life and travels of “Papa” Earnest Hemingway.
This is a beautiful top floor two-bedroom ocean-view unit at 1800 Atlantic condos. It has pristine ocean-views from all rooms where sliding glass doors open on to your own 50 ft private balcony.
You cannot get a better view than this, including from your King bed in the primary suite, the king in the 2nd bedroom and a queen sleeper (new in 2020) in the living room.
The kitchen is full size and fully equipped. Full size washer & dryer. High speed wireless internet access.

The property has an Olympic size pool, 20 person Jacuzzi, with 3 lighted tennis courts, one of which is clay.

**** PLEASE BE AWARE THERE IS A BEACH RENOVATION PROJECT STARTING MID JULY TO MID AUGUST THE SUNNING BEACH WILL BE CLOSED AT THIS TIME.
SMATHERS BEACH SWIMMING BEACH IS OPEN WHICH IS 5 MINUTES AWAY.

Key West Anniversary Trip

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall the condo was great. Checkin was a bit complicated but we finally got in. Really liked the fact that there was a gated garage & secure building. The condo had an amazing view from the huge deck. It could have been cleaner & the furniture is fairly worn, one of the chairs the wicker back had broken out. But looking out at the ocean surely made up for the small conditions. The bathrooms were fantastic, beds were good but close to needing updated. Kitchen was fine, not any extras if you really plan to cook. Overall a very good experience!

We enjoyed staying at this property because it was quiet, very spacious and the pictures depicted exactly as it is. The bed and linens were good and plenty of towels. You only receive one roll of TP and paper towels and 2 tide pods for the washing machine. It was very comfortable for 4 adults and the views were beautiful. The pool was great also. We would stay here again.

Beautiful condo- super property

This condo is beautiful and well equipped with a well equipped kitchen. The view from the bedrooms & living room was phenomenal. The property is well maintained- they set up the pool & beach area with clean sanitized lounge chairs every day. Pool area & elevators are clean and secure. The only thing we would change is to have an additional key for the public areas. We will be back. Thank you for a great stay.

Nice Getaway

Loved the unit and the fact that it is on the top floor with a great view. It had every thing we needed and was clean and ready for us upon arrival. Large lap pool and the hot tub were an added bonus plus the tennis/pickleball courts. We had a great trip and will stay there again if we ever make it back down to Key West!

Key West Condo

The property looked like it had recently been renovated and had two good sized bedrooms and baths. It was beautifully decorated and had a long balcony overlooking the pool & ocean. The pool and spa were a nice added amenity, but unfortunately the weather didn't cooperate. The property manager was awesome. Great views of the ocean and the location was less than 10 minutes by Uber to any restaurant or bar.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We traveled from Wyoming for a warm winter getaway with friends. As we returned home, we discussed the favorite part of the trip and all agreed it was our rental home!! It was so well-updated and tastefully decorated. The beds were comfy and it had everything we needed for our stay. We arrived early and they were able to accommodate us getting in. The code didn't work at first, but a maintenance person was able to help. As he did so, he said, "this is one of my favorite units". I can see why. There were fantastic views from every window. The pool was huge as was the hot tub. There exercise room was a little crowded with all the equipment, but that would be my only complaint. If I were to return, I would absolutely choose here again!

Weekend Birthday

Came down with my son and our respective partners! What a great weekend. The condo is bigger than expected and quiet! So quiet we all slept amazingly! We come to Key West several times a year, it’s away from typical shenanigans but that was a perk for us. We wanted to chill and enjoy sun, waves and pool! Everything was less than a 7 minute drive or Uber to everything. The views were amazing and would happily return! Highly recommend!
